We had an earlier model of this phone and loved it but the main phone needed to be replaced and as it was 9 years+ old we had difficulty finding a replacement. So I looked up the next generation and this is it. Overstock was the only place I could find both the phone and the additional phone pods on the same website. In addition, I had only found the single base phone elsewhere on one website and the additional pods sold separately on another. This came bundle with a total of 5 phones. One thing Panasonic changed for the better is the base phone is now identical to all the other phones. Although I was leary about the purchase as it was a "refurbished" phone system, there were no physical bumps or bruises and I took out the additional service plan just in case..... We are VERY happy with this purchase.
