  I've had this phone for almost a year. I purchased the replacement plan for it because I wasn't sure how sturdy it would be. To my surprise, it's a nice, well built phone. I am now having a few shortages in conversation due to the headset cord. I'm cashing in on my warranty today. It works but I have to hold the cord a certain way to hear clearly. That's a little inconvenient if you like to multi-task.

  i went to program recorder, maybe i just gat a dud! but couldnt get it program for time day. machine is clear but for me it was a pain.. like i said maybe I got a dud!

  Good phone system. I use this in my restaurant and have had it for quite awhile. It still works great and the price is awesome in comparison to commercial systems
