  This is my second time around ordering from Overstock.com, and once again they delivered with flying colors!!! like most people, I was a bit hesitant about ordering a refurb computer....from anywhere...even Apple Store because you just dont know what you are getting. You're not able to look at it with the naked eye and examine it up close and personal, so as a customer...you really take a chance and hold your breath with the dice roll. Well, apparently, whoever was the original owner before I got it really took care of it....I mean REALLY toolk care of it. This is probably the best looking refurb iMAC I've ever seen. I already prepared myself for the worst as far as scratches, dents and imperfections....but none of the above. A slight (very light) area on the front end of the stand, there's a very small scratch on it....can't really see it...only with an eagle eye like mine....but my main concern was the screen!!!! It has to be brand new because it is absolutely flawless.....WOWWWW!!!...

  had what looked like soda on outside case but that no biggy cleaned off in few mins wanted this for a while im happy with product

  CRAPPY.... APP STORE DOESN'T WORK... RESISTIVE TOUCHSCREEN.. NOT EVEN FIT FOR A 2 YEAR OLD......

  Well I was hopeful that I'd find myself in the 80% or so positive reviews of CyberpowerPC's customer reviews for other PC's, and not the 20% horror stories. This one was most definitely a horror story. Most likely the issue was bad ram, but why would I want to spend time trying to find out. Random restarts in high memory usage (or low while using Netflix), sometimes it would recognize the HDD, sometimes after rebooting it wouldn't recognize my wireless USB card unless I unplugged it and put it back in again. In short, sometimes when the components look this good in writing you get fooled into thinking that all of the parts are of the highest quality (actually the MOBO and the GPHX card were both good ASUS and EVGA). In short, buy your own parts and have someone else build you this PC and it will most likely be amazing.
