Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, because this laptop is a good deal and is very fast, but the specs list it as having dual video cards NVIDIA / Intel 3000, which should support 3 or 4 monitors. Since we use docking stations with (2) external monitors, we like the capability of using the laptop screen as a 3rd monitor. The (4) units I purchased all had came with Intel video only. Also, the definition of a refurbished item (to me) is that it was purchased new, had a defect, sent back to the manufacturer (or their proxy), repaired, then sold as a refurb. These units were built in 2011 and are obviously end-of-lease units, with scratches, wear and tear, etc. - The units I bought had Windows 7 Pro 64 SP1 re-installed with new Product Keys and I had to download 228 updates, while setting it up. It comes with 2x2GB DDR3 1333 and I recommend bumping it up 2x4GB DDR3 1333. The Samsung 128GB SSD is the standard 2.5", not a mSATA, thank God, and is upgradeable. The unit is light and as I mentioned very fast. I would buy again at this price.

I needed a Windows 7 computer to replace my XP that blew up. I work from home a lot and a lot of my company's programs don't work with Windows 8. (not to mention I don't like 8) I didn't want to spend a lot and I found this on overstock just doing some searching on the internet. Never bought from them before, but this won't be the last. I couldn't be happier. Product came in quickly and I couldn't believe it was a refurb. It looked and was packaged as if it was brand new. Of course it was bare bones with the programs on it, but I got it where I needed it pretty quickly and I am not a tech person. (had to put up with doing updates for a few days) Plenty fast for anything I do. Lots of usb ports. Way less expensive than buying a new comparable. Been using for about a month now. This has been one of the best buys I have ever made.

This is a very good product and will probably live up to it's claims. My only complaint is that the instructions should tell you that the screen should be absolutely free of lint of any kind aand that you really need to take your time when you install it. I will probably have to buy a new one soon because I wasn't careful enough with these two things.

The product arrived in just a couple of days - ahead of scheduled delivery and with the exception of a battery issue outlined below (which they immediately replaced) this is an excellent product. Overall the product looks like a brand new lap top - one slight marking on the case but otherwise in excellent shape - only drawback I have experienced is the fact that the battery did not seem to hold a charge for very long - the battery indicator tells me there is a battery problem and I should consider installing a new battery - as an example - although the charge indicator stated there was some 68% battery life left - within an hour the screen would go blank and the computer has shut off - needing to be plugged in and recharged - works fine when plugged in but that does not meet my need for a portable system. I called Customer Service and spoke with Jacob M who checked things out for me and told me a replacement battery would be shipped within 1 to 2 days (this being the Christmas season that is an outstanding turn around) - excellent product - excellent shipping record - excellent Customer Service.

I needed a computer fast. My old computer had died and it's XP OS was outdated. Since Overstock is my go-to online shopping website (they've got everything you need; and I do mean everything) I logged on and found this product. What if it got here and didn't work?? Well I'm very pleased to say that the PC arrived on schedule. The package contained all the documentation I needed. It's fast, quiet and works like a dream. My old computer died and when I started to look around for another desk top, they were all nice, but I didn't need all the latest and greatest. I use my computer for exploring the web and making a few purchases, not for playing games on it. This computer was perfect for me. It had the same speed, ram, and storage space as my old HP computer did. Everything about this computer is new, except they state it is refurbished. Well after 10+yrs of holding out it was time to get a new PC. I had visited Frys to get some more memory and the nice gentleman told me, simply, "sorry sir, they don't make that memory anymore" So I browsed Overstock and other sites to get a low-cost upgraded "Tower". Win 7 and some decent memory was my spec and this tower has not disappointed. Easy to setup and go through, didn't come with any unwanted SW loaded on and even had a memory card reader installed as a nice bonus. I was up and running in mins and transferred my old items via my external drive. Speed & performance is amazing, but then again I was on a 2Gb RAM machine so it was about time I stepped up. So if you're looking for a great low cost upgrade tower with all the bells and whistles look no further. Amazing product at an amazing price - thanks Overstock for bringing me back to regular PC performance & reliability!
