  The cover I would believe it to be faux leather and the earbud cord has a shortage and it supposedly is BRAND NEW! It was nicely packaged for the most part. For the price I guess I cant be too mad about it, its actually worth that price no more but can go for less!

  This fits the Apple iPad 2 perfect...does it's job just as well as as the Apple brand for a fraction of the cost, PLUS it has the bottom clear protector that fits great. Very happy with my purchase.
