I bought it because my cable was going to take 2 weeks to instal in my new house. The produce was "alright", but the tuner portion of the radio doesn't capture many stations. It now sits in my craft room and I usually listen to CDs on it. I just don't feel like the radio has any value.

I'm not a big one for electronic equipment, but this CD players works really well for my needs.It's portable, AC or DC, has good sound and is small enough not to be cumbersome. Works for me!

My CD player arrived incomplete (missing battery compartment closing) and one of the speakers was dead. I wouldn't pay a $1 for it.

This was a great buy for the price. I just needed some music in my kitchen while I was cooking and this radio was just perfect. it's small and doesn't take too much space too. I love it.

I love this player for exactly what I want--something simple and portable to play CDs. However, after only 3-4 uses, it suddenly stopped playing in the middle of a song! I had thrown out all paperwork and packaging, so I contacted Overstock to see about a return. I got the best customer service ever! The person who phoned me in response to my e-mail offered to send out a substitute immediately along with a prepaid label to facilitate my return. After I hung up, I tried "fiddling" with the player a little (since the agent mentioned that it seemed as though the turntable was jammed), and I got it to play again! I only hope it holds up, but for the price, it can't be beat. By the way, my second phone call to cancel the new player was just as satisfying. Not only are Overstock's products great, but they have the BEST customer service!

My granddaughter is a toddler. She loves music and this is perfect to use for her. Also nice because it is portable.

I concur with the prior POSITIVE reviews I read. It was perfect for my 87 year old Mom and the sound was just fine for her bedroom. Once she got used to the functions (which took little time) she was off and running. We were looking for a unit that took up little space with decent sound with easy usage. This unit met all the requirements and was cheap to boot!

The price is right. The sound is just OK., the CD skips a bit, too easily, but the player serves it's purpose when I'm at the beach.

this is a fine little cd player IF you don't require much volume. i bought these to use in a language classroom, and the sound just isn't there. true, this is a fairly big classroom, but most are, so don't buy this for classroom use or if you need much volume for any other reason.

I needed to replace a rather large and old stereo system and this little unit is perfect. It is in my scrapbooking room and it has all the features I need and want. The sound is good, it's so easy to operate and the price is right. The reviews were very helpful in deciding on this purchase. I have always been happy with my Overstock purchases.

I was looking for a reliable, easy-to-use CD player for my granddaughter's fourth birthday. I found this one using a simple Google search. I bought it because there were so many positive reviews for it already. I can only echo the positive reviews of others. This is a nice machine. My granddaughter could play her new birthday CDs without any instruction from me. It's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to Coby and to Overstock.com!

I use this in my greenhouse while I'm planting and I even leave the music playing for my plants when I'm not in there working. I mostly use the CD player because we get terrible radio reception where I live. It's a basic music player and the sound is not enhanced by any sound control. It's great for what I use it for.

This does not have a deep sound would have liked a base control. It sounds better with headphones but other than that for the price it is not bad at all.

The Colby CD portable player met my needs. It is compact and portable. It plays nicely and is easy to operate. I recommend it especially if you need to carry it from one place to another. I use it for my classroom.
