Poor quality
The product was very poorly designed. When I received and started to mount it, the small swivel of the screen was bent or broken. The screen when pulled down was hanging angled and would not level up. So you had to watch the TV with a slight "cock" to one side. I believe the swivel was broken, it is only the size of a quarter to hold the entire screen and move around. It needs to be much larger. We immediately shipped the TV back for a refund as I felt it would break entirely off at any moment. The viewing screen was not very good either, sitting at our kitchen table you had to tilt it and look straight on to view it, that is just for one person. The others due to their angle could not see it well, the screen was dark to them. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The tuner is a little slow in locking on to the station, but the picture quality is good.

Good product but not great
The TV is as described. The sleek look and small size make it a great fit for the kitchen. My only complaints would be that it takes a while to turn on when you hit the power button. It isn't overly long but it does take a short time to power up.
