Very easy unit to install- had it up and running in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, it might be the worst detector for false alarms I've ever owned. They only way I can limit false hits is to run in the "City + K" band. This turns off all other bands (including KA) and really sort of defeats the purpose of having a radar detector in the 1st place.
