Clear Silicone Skin Case for Microsoft Zune 80GB

My primary issue was that Overstock mailed me an incorrect item. I was sent a "pink" Zune cover versus the "clear" cover I ordered. My original order requested two covers - one pink (a gift) and one clear (for me). There was backroom mix up on the order. The person who I gave the pink cover loved it. That's good because I was disappointed with the product. I was so disappointed that I asked Overstock to take the extra pink cover back and cancel my order for a clear cover. I didn't even want a replacement. Overstock reps were courteous and provided a pre-paid mailing label. I was subsequently credited. As a product, I thought it was below standard if not a little cheap. It wouldn't protect the faceplate and I don't see how it was sturdy enough to do anything but protect from scratches. It wasn't what I thought I was purchasing. Again, to their credit, Overstock was very professional and customer friendly.

Excellent case. Great item considering the price. The quality is excellent as noted.
