Phone won't answer a call when removed from base, which is how it was originally set up. I looked at menu and selected push any button to answer. The phone sitll does not work. It rings and flashes so I know it is connected, but I can't manage to get to the caller.

Have had it a couple of months so far and have not had a problem. My only complaint with this phone is the choice of ringtones. There is basically only one with different audible levels. Don't care for the sound of it but it serves its purpose well.

Nice Phone The phone was easy to program, menue driven, you can set tones, rings, colors and audio to your liking. Audio is very clear and the display is large, it even speaks the numbers you dial and the incomming phone number. Every function worked well, it keeps the numbers that called so you can review them and when finished you can delete them. The handset is a little larger then the others but its OK, my hands are not large and there was no problem.

Great Phone Good phone with people that are a little hard of hearing, We bought it as I liked the design and the feel of it up to the ear. We mounted ours on the wall with the bracket that came with it as we don't have much room where we have it installed. It's a bit of a high price phone but I think for the features it has, it was worth what we paid for it.

What? I have purchased and returned a few Clarity phones over the years, and this is the latest of the bunch. Why can't these people simply amplify sound without weird stuff happening? Yes, I'm hearing impaired so what I hear will differ from what folks with normal hearing will experience. But come on, guys, even I can tell when parts of words are chopped off, making conversation even more difficult. Clarity has a bad habit of releasing products that seem to require further development in the engineering department. So back it goes.
