The thermal printer Looks Great! And once you get it installed it prints fast and the print out looks nice and clean and sharp, everything you would expect from a thermal printer. And considering how most printers run you up 300+ this was a good value. However, this is NOT USB, which can be a hassle for the newer computers. Also, the software drivers from Citizen can be...annoying to install to say the least. In fact, I was lucky that our Point Of Sale software runs in Linux because I could never install it on windows.
