This router is fantastic, I have 5 others that are running other remote offices and they work like a champ. The reason we chose this one is because of the total VPN bandwidth it has. Other models will only have like 2Mb or 8Mb or something, this one has 25Mb throughput over VPN. For all your non-network guys the reason VPN bandwidth is more difficult is because every packet has to be encrypted on one side and then decrypted on the other side, and routers only have so much processing power (just like any network routing/switching device). I knocked it down one star because the one I got from Overstock wasn't new, it was totally used and people had wrote in the manual little notes about their network. It didn't come with a power supply at all, thankfully I had one laying around from another unit but ultimatly it ended up crashing on me about 5 minutes after I plugged it in. Overstock was very courteous about the return though, it just sucked becuase most people use these for REMOTE networks so having them when you need them is critical.
