I work in construction so i don't need a phone that i need to worry about to much. This phone is a good size for carrying in my pocket. It has a simple button arrangement and is easy to keep clean. I'm not a big cell phone user but this one has enough smartphone features for me( email, browser, many android apps available). On the negative side it comes from Italy and all documentation is in Italian. Even the phone is set for italian when started. I had to fool around in settings once I found them to switch to english. Also, since the screen is small you need the fingers of a kid to work the keyboard. This is my biggest problem, but by switching to landscape view it's usable. Overall I'm happy with the phone when i consider it's price and it's features.
The rubber seems cheap and the hole for the charger makes it hard to keep the plug in. If I plug the charger in, it has to be left alone or else the plus would fall out because of the way the hole was designed for this case. Good thing I bought another case (leather wallet) for my Galaxy Note and it works like a charm.

As I have big hands, it was hard for me to operate this device. But, it seems to be a good cell phone. As I had a Samsung before, I thought this phone would be simillar as the the operating software, but it wasn't. It was a bit difficult to navigate, and use the keys because it seemed too small for my fingers. I would recomend this product to friend just fine. Samsung is becoming one of themost popular manufactures of cell phones.
