The phone is not a true blackberry so do not expect the usual bells & whistles that would get. My husband do not like the phone because it is not playing the music properly. He is giving it to his 10 year old daughter to have. Its just a bare basic phone.
Touchscreen hard to use... Doesn't react quickly.. But cute phone

It was a Christmas gift for my husband. In less than a month he couldn’t get a signal. He took the phone to the Verizon store and they told him that it was a soft ware problem. Apparently this model is a few years old and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Since he is a construction worker and he goes through a phone a year; I hate to spend a lot on a new phone or renew a contract for two years. Sometimes cheap is just not cheap at all.
buying this phone was better than singing a new contract to get a new phone and cheaper
