Phone was supposed to be unlocked but AT&T still had programming that blocked internet service from T'Mobile

This phone comes in AT&T packaging. Some of the Apps and contacts are AT&T specific. Also, you may find it difficult to get the drivers to work on Vista64 to connect the phone using USB. This is a known issue and you will find a lot of information on the web. Plugged in my T-Mobile sim card and I was good to go. LOVE this phone!

My son broke his cell phone, and we did not want to purchase a new one at the ridiculously high AT&T price. He selected the LG and he is totally satisfied. He said it is nicer than his original.

The phone worked and the screen was great. My 12 year old loved this phone. The screen slid without problems and the keypad was great for texting. I bought this phone since I don't allow my teen to access the internet via cell phone and she wanted a slider phone with great texting features. This phone was great (until she broke it). I opted for a Samsung CH@T phone which she has now, but she had no problems with this phone and even kept it after becoming used to the Samsung Ch@T.

I always purchase unlocked GSM American market phones, I am not an AT&T customer this phone is unlocked by AT & T NOT The manufacturer as stated in the description... and reflected in the 100% retail price. ....so this has AT&T logos and software embedded throughout, and my tech department was unable to make most of them dissapear as the defaults etc i have owned it for a few days and time will tell but the hardware is spectacular!

Phone works great out of the box, no problems with T-Mobile. Simply install your existing sim card and it recognizes the phone and your on your way. Good price for the qwerty keyboard.

The Samsung Focus is an excellent phone, but the Windows 7 OS doesn't allow for non ATT&T users to access pic msgs and some internet options. Even though its unlocked some features can not be unlocked. Had to return it.

What is really, really good about the phone: Small size and good enough keyboard as a phone, Not a multimedia movie-watching device. Small! All android. Snappy user interface. Tethers on AT&T. What's not good about the phone: Power hungry. Mine cannot go one day without being on a charger. Not a movie-watching device. (Buy a tablet!!) Keyboard needs a second 'alt' key on right. Not a deal-breaker given the lack of keyboard-equipped phones. FYI, mine came with AT&T logo. I don't care and it doesn't affect the phone, but just so you know. Used on an AT&T network, so I don't know how unlocked it really is.

I purchased this phone as a value priced replacement. I am an AT&t customer so start up was easy as just switching my SIM and SD cards and charging the phone. Phone case has some blemishes but the screen and battery cover seem to be in like new condition. The phone came in it's original packaging with a Samsung charging plug and usb cable, but no manual. However, that is easily obtained through Samsung's website. The phone is loaded with what I would consider the standard apps that you would get if you got this from the AT&T store, but at half the price. This phone has gotten favorable reviews both online and from friends on mine who have this model of phone and I am pleased with it as well.

This phone is awful i would not tell anyone to buy it. On T-mobile it wont let pictures be sent or recived, this problem is unfixable unless you can find unlock codes for it. It is slow between screens, the call quality is bad. Its just and all around awful phone, no one should buy it, and the camera on it is bad. i hope this ditered you from buying this awful phone it was by far a huge waste of money.

There’s a bigger screen, faster processor, and a new version of Apple’s iOS software to power it. There are, on paper at least, no massive surprises and no radical changes to an admittedly winning formula. However, the key to the iPhone 5 is simple - attention to detail. Pick it up, and it just doesn’t feel like a smartphone - but instead, uncannily like one of the very best made watches

I ordered this phone specifically because it was advertised as a quad-band GT360. Says gt360 on the box, but the phone is actually an inferior 3-band te365. Also runs the limited Rogers firmware, so can't install java apps, can't use medianet on AT&T, difficult to use MP3s which are not "DRMed", etc. It's not a /terrible/ phone, but it's not what I thought I was getting and it's not worth xxxxxx.

I really like this phone. I had an old Nokia for years and knew I had to finally move on. This was the perfect price. I was able to buy a T-Mobile sim and get on pay as you go with no issues. It won't take the older sims, you'll need a smaller one. It does all you need. If I had to pick fault I would say it seems to be a bit intrusive when it comes to Privacy. All the apps want permissions to a lot of stuff. I added Facebook and now I have a million new contacts in my phone that I didn't add (not a million obviously, just a figure of speech) All in all though it has everything in one place and is easy to arrange/use, emails, texts, photos . .oh the camera isn't amazing on this phone but it's a phone not a camera (i'm old school). Definitely worth the money for my needs. or you could spend a few hundred more on one of those iPears.

This phone is sad. I am so unhappy after two weeks that I went out and bought a new one. I read about it and asked the guy at the store about it... everything said not bad. Well its a lie. Here is the deal.... 1. I have at&t, no problems there. 2. everyone says I sound as if I am walking around. 3.The text come late ( i have no Idea why). 4. The arrow keys change when you turn the phone, so you may way your contacts but you get the internet. 5. The aps...... I could make a sandwich, 5 layers with spread before they close. Its takes a while for all the operating systems to function. 6. I am a girl and I think the keys suck... 7. cool touch key pad for numbers when phone is closed... that sucks too always picks a different number. 8. The phone can turn off when it wants too. I could go on and on how BAD this phone is........ save your money and find a new phone for a little more money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a loyal LG phone user since 2004 and I would much rather use my old phone from 2004 then this phone. When I broke my old phone between contracts I chose this one because it was cute and seemed to have the features I wanted and at a great price. I hate that I wasted my money (the little I did spend) on this phone. It freezes and cuts itself off even with two bars of battery. The memory is extremely low. The ONLY thing this is great at is texting but if you want to talk to someone you're lucky if you don't get hung up on because you won't be able to hear the first 5 - 20 seconds after connection. It surprises me when I can hear a call on the first ring. I was very disappointed in this phone. Please DO NOT get this phone!!!

This is my first smartphone, unlocked or otherwise, and after reading all the reviews elsewhere and using it for 3 months (mostly abroad), I think I've really lucked out. It has a dual SIM which meant that when I went abroad, I could keep my T-Mobile SIM in one slot and keep a locally purchased SIM in the other and use either one. You can pick which one you want to set as the default for each of the following: voice calls, video calls, text messages, data, and you can also set it so it asks you which you want to use each time. That worked well for me while abroad. The phone comes with a bunch of apps which is really convenient. The voice sound quality is quite good. It does not use 4G, just 3G. The camera is decent; as I said this is my first smartphone and I'm just happy it takes decent pictures. The front camera for selfies is utterly useless though. Don't even bother. There are only two cons I can think of -- the battery runs out fast (I have to charge it every night with moderate use) and the screen quality isn't that great if you are watching movies or even looking at your photographs (you have to tilt it this way and that to see all the edges). It's super impressive looking (I have the white) and it isn't chunky or heavy. I got it for a hundred or so bucks and basically switched out the SIM card from my old flip phone to this one, added data service (as a sort of afterthought) and I couldn't be happier.
