Good price, it's small & it does the job. The rechargeable part is questionable at best. However, if you're out of power & just plug it in it does get you power! What I'm saying is it's more like plugging it into an outlet & keeping it plugged in then to actually get a charge off of.

I bought this adapter for a recent trip to Greece and the UK. Worked great with both plug designs. Remember this is an adapter, not a converter. Voltage is still too high to directly power US devices, but most battery chargers will take both 110 and 220 current. Read your charger to be sure. I used the adapter to charge my IPhone and to recharge my camera battery. The hotel had a hairdryer, so this was a very inexpensive way to do what I needed!

I purchased several and the cables work for both charging and data, but when used with my Nexus 7 or Kindle Fire HD charger it takes about 48 hours to recharge compared to just a few hours using the factory cables with the same chargers. It wouldn't charge my daughters Motorola phone at all. Also the Micro USB end feels flimsy, both the Nexus and Kindle cables plug in firmly, these feel "floppy." So if you are not in a hurry, they are okay, but not great.

This charger was a great product for the small amount of money I paid. It is a replacement for the lost original Samsung Cell Phone. It is used to recharge the cell phone. It works well and so far we've had no problems with it.

Ideal companion accessory for GPS! Allows charging from a standard 110 AC source, when not in vehicle. Perfect for recharging or programming gps from home-stopovers-etc. prior to use. Just days earlier, I purchased a "SIMA" (brand) charger exactly like this one, with similar amperage rating, for $10 at walmart. Sima charger powered-up gps ok, but I never saw battery status icon appear in corner as normally does. Returned & bought this model from Overstock ~ All Systems Go! . . .Don't ask me ?
