I bought two batteries for my cell phone. The price was cheap. so were the batteries. They would stay charged for only a couple hours of use. You get what you pay for. Next time I will go to**** and pay more for a good battery.

When the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S3 died, I didn't realize that finding a replacement would become a daunting task. I checked with Best Buy, only to find out that they don't sell them, Neither did any of the local Verizon Wireless stores. So, I started to search online and couldn't believe the prices that some of the vendors were asking. Other reviewers cautioned buyers about purchasing knock-off Samsung batteries that didn't do the job. When I found these batteries on Overstock (they appeared to be OEM), I was eager to make the purchase for two batteries at a decent price. Well, after using BOTH of my batteries in the last month in an attempt to keep my cell phone alive, let me just say "buyer beware". These batteries will not take a charge! After leaving my phone turned off and plugged into the charger overnight, the phone indicates a 100% charge. As soon as the phone is turned on and unplugged from the charger, the battery life immediately goes down to 13%. So, my hunt resumes for a battery that will keep my phone in a usable condition. I can't upgrade to another phone for at least six months, so hopefully something will turn up in my quest to find a battery that works!

I was looking for a second battery to keep on reserve during times I can't charge my phone. I was pleasantly surprised to get not one but two batteries at an unbelievable price. I have used these for 6 months with no issues. These stay charged just as long the original battery. I never have to worry about my phone being out of commission due to battery drain, especially during times when I use my phone to watch Netflix during a long layover. Highly recommend.

I was looking for an original Motorola battery for use as a spare for my phone. I have heard so many horror stories about clones. This fit the bill perfectly AND at the best price!

I was hoping this battery would hold it charge like the original that came with the phone but it wasn't. I fully charged the battery, unplugged it, and didn't use the phone for 4 hours. I got a warning from my phone that the battery was low. that is even worst then the battery I currently have.

I purchased this product because it seemed like a great value. Even if it didn't quite compare to the original replacement. Unfortunately, the battery drained very quickly and would not hold a complete charge. Keep in mind that my cellular company replaced my phone under warranty, so it may have had something to do with the phone not accepting the charge correctly or some setting (like enabling the bluetooth). You can take your chances or use this as a spare battery. If you need to be sure about your choice, you may want to stay with the motorola OEM replacement.

Picked up two replacement batteries because they were cheap and my 3 year old battery doesn't last quite as long as it used to. They both worked for a week, seemed to have that extra few hours my battery used to have.... Then died and wont turn on. Phone just shows a dead battery symbol, old battery works fine. Batteries look identical to the the old fascinate one so I dont know. Maybe they were refurbs or something.

Very poor battery life. Purchased to replace original battery in the phone and performed worse than the three year old battery. The contacts on the battery were scored like it had been used. Avoid this battery.

I'm happy with the battery and that's what counts. I went the extra $1 to get the tools as I had never attempted to replace the battery in an iPhone before. I ended up using my own tools to get the job done because the provided tools were a joke. The pry bar scarred trying to get the face off the iPhone and started to break when I tried using it to pry. I ended up using a suction cup. I HIGHLY recommend using a suction cup to remove the face of the iPhone! SO much easier!!! By the time I got to the battery itself it was glued to the bottom of the back panel and that's where the pry bar snapped. I was trying to loosen the battery up around the edges and it just snapped. I ended up using a flossing pick to get the battery pried loose and out, lol! It was stronger than the pry tool that I got in the package if that tells you anything. The price was right. It came in at just under $10 after shipping costs. It took 10 days to get the product. That was a bit of a let down for such a giant site. I could have had it from NewEgg in 3 days for a couple dollars more. That'll teach me for going the cheaper route, lol. 10 days isn't that long but when you rely on your phone for appointments, contacts and everything else and the battery starts to die quickly that 10 days seems like an eternity, lol. All in all, it beat paying Apple $** to do something you can do yourself as long as you're careful and patient:-)

I needed a new battery for my Droid 2. The battery life of my original battery had slowly decreased to 5 minutes. I was lucky if I could make a call or search the web for 2 minutes before it would go from 90% to 5% to off. This was a cheap and easy way to get a new battery. In the store I would have paid about 200% more. I am very satisfied with the shipping time and with the product. My battery life is back up to almost all day with reasonable use.

This battery does not have the same lasting power as the samsung brand bayer that came with my phone, but not bad for the price. I use it as an emergency standby. It recharges quickly.

This battery fares only a bit better than the one I just replaced, which was the original 3G iPhone battery, with approximately 20 months of life. The original battery was 1150mA/h, and the one I just got was labeled 1500mA/h. So theoretically, the new one should go longer than the original one when I purchased the iPhone, but that's absolutely not the case. The tools were weak, and won't be useful in opening the glass cover, but are helpful in separating the connectors.

This Razr V3 lithium-ion battery was an excellent replacement for the very old and overused (it was the original from 06) motorola battery in my phone. I have had it in my "back from the crypt Razr V3" for a few weeks now and it seems to be working just fine. It charges quickly and keep its charge for at least a few days, even though I leave it in the car where temps can reach 140 degrees during the day. As soon as I put the battery in my phone and turned it on (it comes pre-charged) I remembered how much I always liked using that phone (good memories). Besides that, the thing is almost indestructable. I wish they still made phones constructed of metal!

The batteries work perfectly. My old battery was running out of charge every few hours. These only need to be recharged twice per day. I had hoped they would go all day on one charge, but they don't. They are rated at a much higher watt hr than the original. I am using it in an Inspire 4G. Getting 2 for such a low price is amazing.

The only thing good about this transaction is that the order came quickly. From the first day I used this battery, it didn't last 5 hours on standby. My 2 year old battery I got with the phone lasted 6 hours even with heavy usage.

With the bevy of options and features now available in cell phones, it's easy to find one perfect for you. Before you begin searching for your next cell phone, take the time to think about what you need your phone to do. Below, you'll learn the best cell phone features. Camera: Cell phone cameras can be quite handy when you happen upon a special moment without a regular digital camera on hand. Most camera phones don't take very high-resolution (usually 1.3 megapixel) pictures, but there are some that top out over 3 megapixels. Some cell phone cameras even have small flashes. If you want a camera phone, find out if it comes with the cable and software to connect to your computer, so you don't have to spend extra for a separate program. Video: Usually, camera phones that play video will also record video. Some non-camera cell phones also play video. Look to see if you can transfer movies from your phone to your computer. Web browsing: Many cell phones let you connect to the Internet. Most use Wireless Access Protocol (WAP), which allows the phone to connect to pages specifically designed for cell phones. There are many phones with full browsers, however, that allow you to view regular Web pages. Bluetooth: Bluetooth is a technology that allows you to transfer data wirelessly between devices. Wireless cell phone headsets use this technology, and it can also be used to transfer pictures, ringtones and other data between two cell phones or between cell phones and computers. Games: There are cell phones out there that have been designed with the gamer in mind, allowing you to download games that would compare to those found on a personal gaming system. Office software: Most cell phones feature some sort of a calendar and alarm. You can set a wake-up alarm or you can make it alert you for your next appointment. Other phones allow you to make notes for each appointment. Some let you create documents that can be transferred to your computer's word processor or spreadsheet. MP3 player: More and more cell phones are also MP3 players. Check to see if you need special headphones for listening (and if they're included), and pay attention to the phone's memory capacity. Memory expansion: Some phones, usually video or MP3 player phones, feature memory card slots, so you can save pictures, music or other files on removable flash memory. Voice dialing: If you absolutely have to use your cell phone while driving, you'll want one with voice dialing. The phone recognizes the contact you speak and places the call, allowing you to keep your eyes where they belong: on the road. Buy Cell Phones Back to Guides Directory Buy Cell Phones
