  The battery works well. But that’s was not the problem. It took 16 days to receive order. And when I call DHL to find out where my order was the cust servers told me if I’m not satisfied then I should use FedEx or UPS. Then told me that I don’t listen when all I wanted to know was were the order was. The cust service tech was surprised when I asked to speak to manager. I was tired of waiting and the day before I received order. So to sum up the product was good no problems but the shipping method really sucked and overstock should really rethink their shipping arrangements.

  My ThunderBolt was shutting down after just a few calls and texts with a dead battery. Ordered this battery from Overstock.com and am now getting through the day again and will still have some charge left. Looking online for a battery before I went with Overstock I found lots of batteries at higher price and lots that had reviews warning that the battery was used and didn't hold a charge. I'm glad I made the choice to go with Overstock.com.

  Have had this case for over a month and it has held up well. It opens and closes easily and the cover flips to the back conveniently to view the phone. Good protection without adding bulk.

  My previous and original battery had bit the dust. I ordered this battery and a wall charger for my HTC Thunderbolt. Everything works great and I am no longer constantly charging my battery.
