I was told I was crazy for thinking I could get a good connection out of such a long ethernet cable. I'm glad I didn't listen and took a chance. My modem and computer are upstairs but my Xbox 360 and HDTV are downstairs. I need Xbox Live to function so I was willing to try anything. A decent wireless network doesn't come cheap so when I saw this cable for under $25 I decided to go for it. The connection speed doesn't seem to be hindered at all due to length and I couldn't be happier. Awesome value!
I was rewiring the house for an updated computer network for the kids - couple of pcs and a ps3, new router etc, found these 100' premade cables at a great price, ordered them and had them delivered and installed in about 4 days! fantastic - all i had to do was repull the wire and that took the majority of the time - performance is 100% getting 100 mps through put easy, at the game - running 1 gig to the router - no burps, no issues - great cables, great price top notch delivery and service.
