This product will not install on my or my daughter's computer. How can I return it for one that will work? I really like the Carmen Sandiego series and am disappointed that this does not work.

We were unble to make this game work on Windows XP, even if the specs said it would.

It was very hard to install and very scratchy....I had to send first cd I order and get a new one and it did the same thing, almost like a cd that was burned but turned out not good. I wouldn't recommend it at all....
