  The first unit that was sent was in rough condition, looked used and the remotes didn't match. Called the O, no problems, got a new one in about a week! Haven't installed the unit yet, but extremely happy with Overstock's response to my original issue. Always a great experience dealing with the O!

  I got this for my husband as a Christmas present. He has to park outside while I get the garage. We took it to an auto place to be installed. He said he pays a lot more for it than I did thru Overstock. My husband loves it. It works just like it was described. He can turn it on from our window and the car is warm when he gets in. It states on the box that it is not guaranteed if you install it yourself and something goes wrong. That is why we went to a auto repair place. The price to install is costly. So consider that before buying. My husband will say it was worth every penny.

  Good quality remote start system. I'm not tech savvy so installation was done by local car specialty shop. Great to have in the Colorado weather. Distance for starting is good; walk out of the store and press the button. I like (+1) the option of programming the button to be pressed twice to start my truck. Only negative (-1) is that the horn no longer sounds when locking/unlocking.
