  • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? worttless
  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? I got two of them and both did not work!!!!!!

  I got this for my husband as a Christmas present. He has to park outside while I get the garage. We took it to an auto place to be installed. He said he pays a lot more for it than I did thru Overstock. My husband loves it. It works just like it was described. He can turn it on from our window and the car is warm when he gets in. It states on the box that it is not guaranteed if you install it yourself and something goes wrong. That is why we went to a auto repair place. The price to install is costly. So consider that before buying. My husband will say it was worth every penny.

  Good quality remote start system. I'm not tech savvy so installation was done by local car specialty shop. Great to have in the Colorado weather. Distance for starting is good; walk out of the store and press the button. I like (+1) the option of programming the button to be pressed twice to start my truck. Only negative (-1) is that the horn no longer sounds when locking/unlocking.

  I bought this system for my wife's car and she loves it. It took some searching and comparing, but for a remote start/security combo, this is definitely the best unit for the price. A really cool feature is that you can check the cabin temperature on the 2-way remote. Be prepared to pay big money to have it installed, however. After taxes I payed twice as much to have the system installed than I payed for the unit itself (and I shopped around quite a bit).

  It says you need to get it professionally installed, but all the popular places wouldnt do it, because they said they have never installed this product before. Then when we found a place that would, it was 2 times more than what I paid for it.
