Have only had the camera a short while, but it appears to be quite appropriate for catching the Kodac moments of my 2 year old and that's the main reason for my purchase. Researched this model extensively prior to purchase and found that itl was rated very high on most sites. For the price, you can't go wrong and don't be afraid of the "refurb" stuff on Overstock. I purchased a refurbed vacuum 7 years ago and a carpet cleaner 4 years ago (both Hoovers) and both still function perfectly. Anyway, Overstock prices rock and so does this palm corder!
