My Kodak EasyShare finally bit the dust and I asked for recommendations for a replacement. My friends (and 1,000's more on the internet) suggested this model. I don't like it after using it for over a year. The 'automatic' setting leaves grainy images, the programmed settings are hard to find and access, and the screen is difficult to decipher with all of the icons lit up. I have trouble turning the flash on and off. I am looking for something else. Even a camera phone would be preferable.

This camera has a viewfinder for those hard to see shots on a sunny day. It is very easy to use for the casual photographer and takes nice photos...just point and shoot for those moments when you just don't wish to select a special light setting. I'm very pleased with this camera

This is the best camera I have ever had..... You can't take a bad picture with it and trust me, I'm an expert at bad photography! Super easy to use and very thin & light weight. I use my BlackBerry belt clip case to carry it in so I can have it out and ready to use in a second!

The camera is a convenient size for carrying with you anywhere. It was easy to set up and get started using the camera. This camera works fine for my photographic needs, but most cameras now sold have 4X optical zoom, while this one is 3X, which I hadn't noticed when ordering it.

This is a GREAT camera! Great pics, great features and great size! The camera fits in my pockets and is easy to use! I am amazed at the photo quality! I have a canon printer too, and boy are they awesome together! Overstock is my new favorite shopping place! I have ordered clothes and jewelry and have been happy with everything I have purchased!

I was surprised when the camera first arrived at it's size. It is smaller than I expected but I quickly got use to it and greatly enjoy it! The quality is very nice and I can tell it will be a great camera for when my little one arrives. Sometimes it does say "lens error, restart camera" which I am unsure what that means and does worry me a little that something is going to happen soon- but i am just hoping for the best. I can hear a noise I don't remember if i've always heard when i turn it on with the lens, but again I am hoping for the best! It is a good camera, I just hope it doesn't fail me.

We purchased this camera prior to the birth of our first grandchild. We wanted something small, easy to use and that would take high quality pictures. This did all of that and more. Our son-in-law took this camera with him into the delivery room rather than his large SLR and with 15 seconds of instructions took great pictures. We were pleasantly surprised with the camera's movie capability as well. The zoom works well for indoor situations and some close to medium range outdoor shots. It is not for long-range nature photography. The only potential drawback is its size which is also its strength. Someone with large hands or stubby fingers may want to look at a larger camera. The control knobs are extremely small due to the overall size of the unit. All in all, a great little product.

I love my new Canon camera. It's very light weight and takes excellent pictures. It does not come with a memory card so be sure to order one right away.

I love my new camera. Still learning how to use the advanced features. Picture & video quality is superb. Looking forward to hooking the camera up to my hd television. Price was less than I expected for the quality of the camera itself. Almost forgot, the zoom feature is really cool! Zoom feature works with picture & video. You won't be disappointed. Dorothy

I purchased this camera to replace my kodak .It took me a while to get used to the small size of it. But once I did , I realized what a great camera this was. The quality of it is suberb,the pictures come out beautiful!

We bought this camera to replace an older model Canon PowerShot that we though we'd lost but have subsequently found. I am a HUGE fan of this camera! The picture quality is amazing, the battery lasts for an exceptionally long time, and it's super easy to use.I love the fact that the PowerShots have a rechargeable battery but I much prefer the docking station that my old one used. All you had to do with that one was sit it on the dock and let it charge away. The newer model requires that you remove the battery and place it in the charger which then plugs directly into the wall.The camera itself is super slim which makes for easy carrying in your purse or pocket, but I would recommend purchasing some type of case for it so it doesn't get damaged. Overall, a wonderful camera! If you don't want to go for the 12 megapixel model, I can vouch for the SD30 Elph as being a good purchase too.

I bought this camera for my daugher as a supplement to the expensive, multi-lens model they generally use. She wanted something small that she could keep in her purse or diaper bag and use to capture candid, spontaneous shots of the baby they're expecting. She loves it! The size is perfect for her intended use, very compact. She was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pictures that she's taken. It far exceeds her last SLR. This was an impulse purchase prompted by what I considered a good price, and it more than met my expectations.

This camera is AMAZING! The price was so low and the quality of the pictures is so crystal clear. I took a picture of my family member blowing out candle on a birthday card and it captured the smoke billowing so perfectly.
