This is an excellent pocket camera. I replaced an older digital elph and have found this model to be better in every way. The Auto mode has been very effective in those times when I don't want to take any time thinking about the shot. Program mode offers plenty of control options without being overwhelming. Photo quality is excellent for a pocket camera. I especially enjoy being able to view images on an lcd tv with an optional mini hdmi to hdmi cable.
