I bought this item refurbished. I had never done this, so I was nervous about what I was going to receive. I received the camera within 3 days and it looks brand new. All in original box and wrapping. No scratches. Camera is light weight and takes great pictures. Zoomed to the max and it shows grainy on screen, but once picture taken and you look back, it is crystal clear. Great quality. Simple to use so you won't miss that shot trying to get the camera set up. Love the chocolate color. I purchased the 2 year warranty plan since the camera was such a deal. Still saved a bundle doing so. Highly recommend.
