My fave go to camera - no matter what the weather
Easy, intuitive buttons - great zoom and speed for a point & shoot and you don't have to panic if you're near water or if you drop it. have taken it to Destin, Fl - literally sitting in the waves and shooting through them, and all over Washington, DC so far - just couldn't be more pleased. Was one of the few people at the Marine Barracks Evening Parade (it started raining) who could still shoot through the weather. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase - and it's just so cute!

Exactly what I needed.
I needed a small, easy to carry camera for pictures at the beach, outdoors in the rain, and for a future trip to Costa Rica's rain forest. I actually took pictures and video outside during Hurricane Sandy and they turned out great. The camera is bulkier than my other smaller camera, but it's still easy to fit in a pocket. I would recommend this camera to someone who wants an easy to carry, easy to use camera with very good quality photos.

Wonderful Camera
Used this camera to take video of my wedding on Hawaii. The sound was great, in spite of the wind blowing. Also used the camera to take video of snorkeling and going on a zip line. It all looks fabulous! The underwater setting makes the snorkeling images look beautiful. Still images look great too. Zoom is 5x which is pretty good for a camera with a flat lens in my opinion! I took this camera everywhere on our trip. It takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'. I kept saying, "I love this camera" over and over on my vacation. No buyer's remorse here.... One thing, I was pretty vigilant about making sure to get sand out of the door seals for the battery and output doors like it says to in the manual. I even used q-tips and tweezers to get 2 small grains of sand out before taking it in to the water. Don't get lazy about that!

Excellent Camara
We took the camara to Punta Cana for vacation and had it under water almost the entire time. Takes amazing pictures underwater using the underwater setting.

Fantastic Camera at a great price
I bought this camera as a Father's Day gift for my husband in June of 2012. We were planning on taking the camera with us on our vacation to Puna Cana, Dominican Republic the week after Father's Day. This camera takes amazing photos! The quality is fantastic, it goes from the water to land with ease.. no wiping the lens or the view screen, simple to use .. and I again cannot say enough about the photo quality. We took photos while scuba diving and the clarity and resolution was beyond what we had anticipated! Definitely reccomend this camera.
