very good service and product was just as advertized...I had a question about the extended warranty I purchased and the person in the live chat room answered it quickly and efficiently.
I bought this for our home office to replace an AIO inkjet. The printer was easy to set up (I don't use the fax) for printing and copying and is quite fast and clear. I have had a small problem with a jam error appearing even though there is no jam. Opening and closing the cover corrects the error? Not bad for an entry level laser.
