As a graphic designer I did not want a high end, expensive scanner, just one that could give me some control and good scans. I owned an older Cano Scan and found this model to be much faster and still have the advanced features. I like the ability to change resolutions or image adjust by scanning through Photoshop. Yet if I want to make a quick copy I can use the scanner tools to scan and print directly to my printer. Great performing scanner, great value.

Could have gotten on Canon Website for same price, but the shipping was sky high. I trust Overstock.com a lot more and the service is much better. I would buy from them before the manufacturer any time.

This scans at incredibly high resolution, in insane detail if you want it to. The software that comes with it is really good. I am an advanced computer user, so the happy-go-lucky interface isnt of much use to me but still the features are pretty sweet. my favorite is the shadow removal on book scans. it even has a stand so you can stand it up. the software lets you make multiple scans very quickly, and i like that alot. but most importantly, THIS SHIPPED INSANELY FAST. I ordered the two-day ups deluxe shipping method for 10 extra bucks, and it got here the next day. so i ordered at 1:00pm wednesday, and it arrived at 3:00pm thursday. just over 24 hours. awesome!!

This a great scanner for a fair price. I must say the shipping was very fast, it only took me 2 days to get my scanner and with school fast approaching I really needed it in a hurry. I definately reccommend you buy this product.

My old scanner broke so I needed a new one quick. This one was priced right and arrived quickly. It was a snap to install just one cable and it workes like a champ. So far no problems at all. It's a little slow but then what do you want for less than a 100 bucks. I'm very satisfied.

This product was easy to install and worked well the first time I tried it. I especially like the fact that it only uses one cable for both connectivity and power. For someone like me who doesn't make a lot of scans or copies at home, it is perfect.

The scanner arrived at my house in less than four days. I was shocked! And the scanner itself, of course, was amazing. Otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. It is sleek and easy to use. All you need is a usb cable to connect it, and you can scan images, makes copies, and create pdf files, all with a touch of a button. This scanner was really neat.

This scanner works perfectly! I scanned in about 100 pictures in about a hour. The quality of the picture once it got scanned was perfect. It was very easy to install and very simple to use once it was installed. Installation took about a half hour but totally worth the wait. As for storage, it fits anywhere! Have not tried scanning in anything else other then pictures so I cannot really comment on anything about that but it does have different options for what you are scanning.

Great product. Very user friendly. This was a gift for my mother. She might be the least computer savy person in the world, but she manages to use it. This is a small miracle. Installation was no problem. It's a good little scanner for the money.
