Pentax Option Z10 is an excellent compact digital camera which is easy to use right out of the box after the initial battery charge. I also liked the black body style rather than the silver one I had previously bought. on another Pentax model The image quality is excellent as this compact digital camera is great to have for parties and get togethers when a digital SLR is too bulky for such outings.

For the price, this is an excellent camera with all the bells and wistles that are easy to find and use. Other cameras I've used had those options, but I could never remember or easily find how to use them. This camera comes on and is ready to shoot quickly. I'm still learning what auto features to leave on and which to turn off under different conditions, but it normally gives a very good photo. I love it.
