Easy set-up. The box works great. Wonderful product for the price.

I am very happy with this product. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, namely show me the caller id of incoming calls. The set-up was very easy, just followed the directions, although I had to reset it to get to work the first time. I have not tested other features other than the caller id.

It works great. No problems at all. I love the way it flashes to let me know someone has called. It stores a lot of calls, so you can review them at any time. It is well worth the price.

Bought this for an elderly parent who was getting annoying sales calls and he thinks this is the best gift he ever got.

This caller ID works fine. It's easy to read whick is great. I don't need my glasses.to read the display.There are some exra buttons and featlures I still have haven't used yet. Overall it works and the price was great, way below store prices. Buy this

Purchased this product for my 83 year old sister who has a desk top phone with no caller id window. She was simply interested in being able to identify callers and unable to use other features. She seemed very happy with the unit.

Product works as advertised. Gr8 value! Beats buying from Radio Shack at over 3x the price!

Purchased this for my mother-in-law. She had a caller id box for many years, which finally died. She complained soooo much about the two she had purchased because she either couldn't read them or they didn't have a red light to indicate a call. Mind you, she has an answering machine. To make a long story short (so I don't have to type as much), I bought her this one to get her to quit complaining! She loves it, therefore, I love it!!

Caller ID box is exactly what I was looking for in terms of functionality and ease of use. However, It has an AC adapter. I dislike AC adapters because they tend to get hot, take-up two plug holes, and are unattractive in home setting. Otherwise it performs as advertised.

Excellent product and works well. Helpful to have the indicator light alerting that a call came in while phone engaged. A real plus. Too bad there is no back light otherwise five stars.. Product arrived very quickly after order was placed.

It works, plain and simple. You can even redial any number on the box. The only con would be that there's no back light.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Nothing fancy, it displays name, phone number and time. I do recommend this item. It works well and it's also a bargain. Thanks Overstock, and thanks for the quick shipping.

This caller ID and waiting fulfills my most basic requirement, i.e. ease of use. Telephone attachements should not require extensive study to make it work. It should not tax my memory in the futture as to how to make it work. Because this attachment meets my requirements so well, I could not be more pleased with it.

I love it. It does just what I wanted and it works for me at what I consider a very fair price.

We now have two of these and they work very good with more features than I realized. I wish the display was a bit bigger but overall this is a very good unit.
