these speakers worked great, used them for a party with the transmitter in the basement and the speakers upstairs. the sound was great, not scratchy like other wireless systems i have heard. the sound would cut out once in a while, but not bad at all. very easy setup too.

Speakers do what they say they are supposed to do. At this price I had quality in mind and the speakers exceeded them. I will recommend this product.

Since we live in the country, but like to listen to the radio, this setup worked really well for us to stream music on our PC throughout the house. Occasionally we get a bit of static, but we are able to stream our music both upstairs and down without having to run any wires. Our remote wasn't working when we got it though, so that was a nuisance.

These speakers are wonderful, the sound quality is great, they were easy to set up and can be moved any where we that we them to be. They were reasonably priced. They were out of stock when we first placed the order,however Overstock notified us as soon as they came in, and they were shipped immediately.They were worth waiting for.

Ordered on Tuesday, received on Friday - excellent order-to-delivery turnaround. Had the speakers set up and working within minutes of unpacking - couldn't have been easier. These speakers were exactly what I was looking for to let us turn down the volume on the TV and still hear the sound at the far end of the room. The speakers provide clear balanced sound without having to string speaker wire across the room. The speakers have been a positive addition to our home entertainment experience. Oh, yeah -- after reading the instructions (which I don't always do) about the standby timer with regards to using the remote for operation, it makes total sense. I may purchase an additional set for the basement studio and would definitely recommend to friends.

I purchased these wireless speakers for my father-in-law that has a hard time hearing his television. When he did not have the speakers he had to turn up the television so loud you could not hear anything else. I searched and found the best deal on these from Overstocked.com and they we shipped to me fast and it was an easy setup. Just plug it in and hit auto tune and the speakers worked like a dream. Great sound and to be able to turn them up or down individually and remotely was just what we needed. You can take the speakers and put them on the table beside the person without having to worry about a lot of wiring back to the unit. Thinking about getting another set for me. Great product and would recommend it to others.

I acquired a set as a flexible alternative to a surround sound system (we already have a surround system on one of the HD TV's and it cost a lot of $) for distributing and amplifying sound/music from the kitchen/family room TV, computer and a SONOS system we have in the house. For less than $100 the system is a great bargain. The system is easy to install and very simple to switch between input sources. A tiny bit of latency exists on one of the HD televisions-so I mute theTV speakers when I use them there-but with the SONOS, the computer and IPOD they work very well and the range allows us to play the music through a large part of the house. After buying the first pair I bought 2 more pairs-including one for our country home where we can use them outside by the pond due to their waterproof nature and the battery operation feature on the speakers. Overall a great buy.

opened the box, plugged them in and was listening within 10 minutes - great sound once I found the best spot for the speakers - ran into an issue with some interference from other electronics, but adjusted the location and the channel of the speaker output and it all went away - great value, no messy speaker wires, and able to move them where I need them - indoors, out doors, with me as I work around the house if I want

I purchased the speakers because I have a hearing problem. I was using wireless headphone speakers which I do llke but after a couple of hours the edges of my ears would hurt from having them on. I placed the new speakers on the end table beside my chair and by my husbands across from me. The sound coming from the sides of the room and not just from the front of the room made a huge difference. Also I can increase the volume on my speaker more if I need to and my husband keeps his a bit lower. The only thing we didn't like was the bright blue light that shows that the speakers are on. I read a complaint about this in another revue before I bought them and the reviewer said they put black electrical tape over the light to block it out. I was glad I read that review because we did the same.

Good sound quality and reception with no wires. Integrated volum control is nice. However they are not stereo and they must be run on batteries in wet areas as power supply connections are not waterproof.

Bass is very low and treble is lacking. Surround sound is very realistic.

Considering the price, these speakers are great. I have one in my kitchen and one in the bedroom. The sound quality completely meets my expectations. If you aren't looking for fancy speakers but want wireless speakers that work with excellent sound quality then I would recommend these - especially considering the price. Can't wait to use them in the summer while grilling outside!

I was impressed with the sound quality of the speakers...especially when using the AC adapter . The system seemed to pick up better with AC than batteries. I was pleasantly suprised that our 8 year old RCA wireless speakers worked with the system. The remote works great . Only downside, there are no adjustments for treble and base on the speakers. however, they seem to be a good value for the price.

I was very satisfied with the speakers I purchased, the installation was very straightforward and the sound is just incredible. The order was recieved as promised, I would order again from overstock.com.

I think the speakers sound great. The convenience to put them anywhere is great. The only thing that I have found to be a pain is that when you connect the IPOD to the base it takes about 3 - 5 minutes for the base to find a wireless signal. Once it does it works fine.

This is a great little system for the money. Comes with all kinds of adaptors, and is easy to set up. Works perfectly, with one exception: Even though an iPod will connect directly to it, it does not play for more than a few minutes unless the ipod is in it's dock (which must have an AV-out connector). Otherwise, it's perfect for a teenager's room.

We have some old wireless speakers and the sound quality from these are much better. Also, I am able to use the old speakers with the new transmitter so now I have 4 speakers! Like all wireless speakers, there tends to be interference at times so you have to determine the best location to avoid the static.

These wireless speakers were a snap to install. For me, I didn't have to read ANY directions. The quality is amazing. We hooked them up to a Sony XBR4 TV and they are by far superior than the regular sound from the TV. We will buy another set for our family room TV and stereo system to be used outdoors.
