This order came just in time for my vacation and allowed me to take some serious pictures with my Canon G9. Before, I kept running out of power , just in the middle of a frantic photo sessions.But with this batteries which were VERY affordable by the way, I could keep on clicking. I purchased these batteries for use in astrophtography. The exposures taken in astrophotography are long, typically four or five minutes. And we take a lot of them to form one image, usually a minimum of one hour. When used in cold wheather (40 degrees F) standard batteries last 20 to 30 minutes. I have used these batteries for nearly two and a half hours in cold temperatures and they were still going. Due to their superior cold temperature tolerance, they seem to have much, much more than twice the capcity of a standard battery. I see about five times more endurance. They are fantastic!
The battery seems fine. I have not had to test it extensively but serves it's purpose well, to simply
replace my camera's original battery when it's run out or is being recharged. I've not noticed any difference in image quality. So considering the cost for another original battery could be up to $70.00 I'm very satisfied!
