Usb adapter for wireless

I used this adapter on my backup computer and it worked really well right off. I do recommend it.

Good performance and value

The unit installs easily. Setup using the CP TECH interface was straightforward. It is better to use this than the WinXP native Wireless Connections manager since it allows you to use profiles. One problem was when I removed the adapter and then later plugged into a different USB port, it thought it was a new device and went through the hardware installation all over again. The default on the newly setup device was to use WinXP native Wireless Connections manager so it took a little figuring out how to enable the CP TECH control interface again (uncheck the setting "Let Windows Configure this Interface" in the Wireless Connections manager window).
