I am completely satisfied with my recent purchase. We needed something which could multitask and not bankrupt us buying ink. Read the instructions carefully, as it is a complex machine. Also let people know they will need a transmission cable with a USB plug.OR, if they haven't thrown away old printer, take cable from it. All in all fantastic results and lifelike photos.

The product was delivered to my door step, great savings on gas versus driving to get similar product 25 miles away.....but the best thing was the price tag for the product! The MFC-240C is more then what we really needed, but couldn't pass it up for the value!
