item does not work, as all other "character" tv's seem not to. on the positive side, overstock.com was helpful and very willing to provide a full refund and make the return process easy.

I bought this for my daughters birthday and she loves it. It works great!! Sound quality is great, she can play her music CDs on it or watch a movie. She has been just thrilled with it.

i mainly bought this item because my baby 4 rats love watching TV on my own big TV, so I got them one to watch while in their cage. They sit and stair at it-it's so funny,Thank You for having a cute thing like that..
