Everything I would give the item a zero if possible, after installed there where problems, 1 the clock does not keep time, 2 it does not always come on unless you restart your car, 3 the AM channels do not come in, 4 and the most important customer support does not exist, have tried calling left message 3 times and emailed and no response, my husband and I will definitely not recommend Boss audio to anyone, after seeng other complaints I don't know why Overstock lets sellers sell these on their site, I guess I will have to, only order from Amozon, at least they help you.
