The ONLY problem I had with the order was the shipping! When tracking the order I found it went to three different states (including mine) and back again before it was delivered.

This is the one you've been looking for. If you want to hear who you are talking to and them hear you the blue parrot should be your choice. This is my second one, first one lasted 2 or 3 years. and the mic went bad probably a broken wire internally, but I didn't have the time to send in for repair as I drive an eighteen wheeler and have to have hands free. Blue Parrot is the choice of professional drivers. Don't believe me, just start looking up and see what we're using. Most bluetooths do allright in a quiet enviroment, but don't work well in a noisy enviroment. That is where the blue parrot shines.

this head set works well the set up was fast and simple, and the sound is good. the down side is it's size as I use it sometimes it gets knocked

It's the law that all truck drivers have a hand free device to use when driving a big truck down the road. Any one who has road in a semi or drove on will tell you that sometimes they can be a bit noisey. But the head set I bought -people tell me they thought I was on a home phone line. It's a big time good BUY!
