Good Customer Service
I had some issues with this package it was supposed to be delivered 6/17/11 and because of UPS it won't arrive sadly until 6/20/11 as this was a fathers day present I appreciate thoroughly how O.co handled my customer service issues and because of which I will be using them again! UPS however is responsible for loosing this package because they let technology handle their packages to put hard working Americans like myself out of a job! The supervisor I first talked to hung up on me and UPS as a whole seems to see nothing wrong with this pathetic error that could be corrected by a true intellectual! Let this be a warning to big businesses you are ruining your customer service and putting people that have mouths to feed out of a job just to save a quick buck and it's starting to piss us Americans off! As for O.co I thank you for still having a small business mindset when it comes to customer service that's how it should be!
