  • This earpiece does NOT fit a Blackberry Tour 9630

    After dozens of Overstock.com purchases, this was actually my first bad experience. The item description clearly says it will fit a Blackberry Tour 9630. It definitely does NOT. The item price was $XX.XX. They charged me $X to return it, even though THEIR description was wrong. So, I got a credit for a measly $X. Overstock is actually pretty cool...and I've never had a problem before this one. Probably just a case where an item description needs to be corrected.

    • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Image is correct...but it does NOT fit
    • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Don't know...it didn't fit
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Don't know...it didn't fit
