i ordered this product for my fiancée for valentines though i loved that it came that day i was very displeased that the case which was the main reason that i got this one didn't fit his phone... it said that it was for his specific one and yet the spaces for the buttons didn't match up and he had to drill in to it to make more holes and it looks very bad. but the chargers work great and the screen protector fits fine

I recieved this product. It was cracked on the bottom, and would not work. I sent it back for a refund, because they were no longer in stock.

EVERYTHING WAS JUST AS EXPLAINED. IT SHIPPED IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER, AND FIT JUST AS ADVERTISED.

The blackberry 8100 is bad. Just few days after purchase, the screen went blank and I am unable to use phone since purchase. I would like to return it for a refund or rplacement of product.

This is a great value for the money for Blackberry Pearl owners. The screen protector is a bit difficult to get into position and place without getting fingerprints all over it -- every time I get it on the phone, I have to take it off and wash it with soap and water to remove all the fingerprints, so I still haven't been able to use it. Otherwise, it's a great deal.

The accessories in the kit are pretty nice, all except for the charger. The charger takes at least twice as long to charge your Blackberry as the original charger that would come with your phone. If you have a lot of time to spare, go for it, but I'd recommend buying a different charger.
