I ordered this "Blackberry Curve" about 10 days ago and patiently waited for it to arrive. As soon as I got the phone, I removed my SIM card from my old blackberry and put in this phone. Simple, easy and everything worked fine EXCEPT I could not get my email addresses to work. I went to the T-mobile store for service and they could not get the email to work either and said to call the help line. I worked with the helpline of T-mobile and Blackberry support for over an hour and they could not get the phone to provision on their networks. Finally we were escalated to the highest level of tech support and they checked the PIN number for the phone and IMEI number and found out that it was a "bootleg" phone. Not a true Blackberry. The PIN number supplied began with a "5" and both techs said they never begin with a "5" They said that this phone was probably made overseas to look, feel, work exactly like Blackberry. It did, at first, all the features worked, but no email could ever be sent or received on this device because it would not sync with either networks. BEWARE! I sent it back immediately. Waiting for my refund now. I don't think I will ever order anything like this again. Not worth the headache and knowing whether or not it is a bootleg or not.
