This phone was fine, some of the buttons stopped working properly after 6 months use but that may be a blackberry defect as my blackberry after it had similar problems.

It is a nice phone, and the only thing is that it is registered with Tmobile and Im with AT&t and well the screen pulls up Tmobile. If this doesnt bother you I guess it is fine.
Just received my new Blackberry on Friday and spent the weekend getting acquainted with it. I was very pleased with how quick Overstock delivered this product to me (Priority Mail)! This is a wonderful little phone packed with so much function. Great way to keep organized and in touch with all your peeps. It may be an older model, but I found lots of other glowing online reviews. The menu system on the 8320 was a little tricky for a BB newbie like myself who has been used to Sony Ericsson phones over the last several years. But overall, customization is quite nice to do once you figure out how to do it! blackbery.com has good resources/manuals/applications that really help. Cheers to my new "crackberry"!
