After not having a phone for a month I was so excited to find a reasonably priced replacement online. I have been pricing Blackberry's for a while and this was the best price I had found. However, after receiving my phone as I was putting the pieces together I realized that a small perforated portion on the back of the phone was broken and because of that I am unable to secure the back onto the phone. I sucked it up, not wanting to go without a phone for another second and put tape on it. There is still tape on the back of my phone to this day. While setting the phone up, for example putting in my contacts, adding the Facebook and Twitter app, I realized that the phone is really slow. It is always a delay when going between my text messaging and twitter, for example, and sometimes I have to take the tape off of the back of my phone and take the battery out because the phone freezes while I am trying to switch between applications. I guess this is what I get for buying a refurbished phone. Be careful and make sure that you look into all your options. Physically the phone is beautiful and everything I wanted, I just wish that the phone was completely functional.
