Sending it back
I expected a phone costing over 400 dollars to be in a perfect condition....however the charger would not work. Sure, I could have easily bought another, but when buying a new product, I expect all components to work. I returned the phone.

Great Phone
This phone was a great buy; there are occasions where the trackball absolutely frustrates me, but other than that, I love everything about it from the size to the speed.
