For the money, it is a good buy. It would have helped if the product was accompanied with a manual, as it is, you have to get all the instructions from the phone itself, and small fonts are not too good.
This phone is an all in one stop. I rate it better than than the iphone. I have had every blackberry since they first arrived on the scene and this is by far my favorite. It has a full key board, ring tones, speakerphone, email, BBM, the only thing it does lack is a camera...but honestly how many people really use the cameras on their phone...Take a picture on a camera and send it to your blackberry :) Good Luck with your shoppin.

Been with blackberry ever since the first model. From the newer models this is by far the best model. The keyboard is large and the phone is sturdy and very durable. Came quickly and in great condition.
