This was my first try with a full keyboard. Unfortunately, I have long fingernails and can't use it very well. Also didn't think it through for the internet connection. Can't download anything without it. But it does have good range and the sound is fair. This is a great first phone for internet/texting but I still need my camera and ringtones. Had trouble with downloading and trying to sync to computer, never happened but might be because I don't want the internet on my phone. Otherwise for texting and phone use it works well.

I ordered this phone on a Weds and got it on a Weds. So as far as time it took a while for me. When I got the phone it did not have a browser, the Bluetooth did not work and my cell company could not get it on the web. I tried to download software for it only to fine that the phone was not compatible because it was a 7000 series phone. So I had to buy another one and send this one back. This phone is great if you don't want cool ring tones or you don't want to use the internet. I loved the keyboard because it helped me to text faster. This was my first blackberry

even though i read a previous review that this phone didnt work after alot of trouble shooting, i still bought it because of the price. well it never worked with my t-mobile provider. they did mad trouble shooting and so did blackberry them self. they the phone was unlocked but it may be defective. sent it back the same day! a waste of time.

I purchased this phone for my teenaged son. He really loves the phone. It was a steal at that price!

its an ok phone, gives good reception in most area's, overall its ok

Really high maintenance phone. Tough to use and has alot of glitches.

I purchased the phone for my grandson, who lives in Houston. He said he likes the phone very murch...he commented that the keyboard is great for texting.
