When I bought this phone never knew it didn't have camera, video and music capabilities. I was just looking for a Blackberry in my prize range, made a huge mistake getting this one but I am stuck for now till I have enough money to get a better one. I only enjoy texting on the phone since it's very easy to do. I can't listen to music on it, I downloaded some songs but I can't see them or hear them. It is only useful for a new blackberry beginner just like me.

Works fine. Included operating manual was of minimal help. Good price compared to other outlets.

Great phone! Easy to use especially if you are new to having a blackberry. Phone does tend to dial out but their is a keyboard lock option on the phone, that you can use. Great ! great great!!

For the price it's a great value. The phone does have a keyboard lock function to avoid the dialing out problem. I actually bought two because I spilled on my first one. The extra insurance you can buy is worth it too. For something like $5 you can insure your phones on Overstock... (I did not know that)

I got it to replace the Blackberry Curve that was stolen from me last month; a bit older, but worked just fine once I updated the software with the desktop manager. The only problem had was that as an older model it doesn't have a camera (I didn't read description well enough). Being mom to a toddler that's a must on my phone, so i returned it. Other than that it worked jus fine, was able to access the web & my facebook account with it.

This phone was easy to set up. Just overall great phone would recommed to anyone

Thought phone was black, it actually is dark navy blue. Also, does not have camera. Regardless, it was easy - charged it, put my SIM card in and it was ready to go. Nice phone - perfect because my provider would not let me purchase a phone like this unless I added internet to my package....so the unlocked phone I was able to get the phone I wanted and not have the internet...

Blackberry RIM 8700G has all the features I was looking for. I bought it because I was looking for a PDA to replace the one that finally went Soutn on me. Since you can;t buy just a PDA anynmore, I was trying to find a device that I could use as one. This fits the bill perfectly. I found the manual lacking in that it is not specific enough to help me learn to use the device. Still working on it. If you already know how to use Blackberry, you are all set. The price was great! It was less than 30% of what I paid for my Palm Pilot III over 10 years ago. You can't go wrong with the Blackberry I bought.

I just had this phone delivered to me and it did NOT come with a battery. Also, I miss having a camera in my phone and find this phone difficult to navigate.

I ordered the phone with the preconceived notion that it could be used with any carrier other than Verizon and Sprint--however, when I received the phone it said T-Mobile on it, and I have Alltel--Alltel will not activate another carriers phone. Beware before you buy!
