The phone is fine. This is my second Pearl and I'm happy with all its features. However, even though it was posted as a new phone, it arrived with a battery that already has water damage! Makes me question the integrity of the site! A bit disappointed.

Like the quality and ease of use of the BlackBerry Pearl. Simple to maneuver and access the world wide web. Quick shipping and delivery just in time for my birthday. Would definitely recommend to family and friends in the market for a quality phone.

i was afraid to purchase a phone that seemed so complicated but wanted my emails and facebook sent to my phone with a way to message as well. The Pearl is perfect!! I love it. Anyone can use it and it is the perfect phone for my needs. Thanks Overstock...

phone was shipped and received quickly by snail mail. also, the phone was in great condition and i love it. my only complaint was that Overstock sent me a faulty wall charger, it did not work. after talking to customer service, they sent me a new one. other than that, great buy!

Overstock was great and got the phone to me really fast. However, the phone itself was bricked by an OS upgrade attempted from a Mac. If you don't have a Windows machine, don't even bother trying to do an upgrade. Blackberry is too crappy a company to fully support Mac. I had to go to a friend's house to get my phone working again on an older 4.2 OS. If t-mobile had the iPhone, I'd drop this phone in a heartbeat.
