Great phone at a great price, the best price that I could find. The shipping was fast and also a great price. Even though it was a refurbished phone it looked like brand new. It took me a little while to get use to the toggle button, but now I like it.
This was an early Christmas present for my daughter. After about a month and a half of use there are no complaints. The phone arrived with just a few minor scratches from normal usage, but other than that everything works well. Also came with the user manual. No complaints and the price was fantastic for this unlocked phone. This phone gets used heavily and the battery holds its charge extremely well.

My original blackberry broke down, so I ordered a refurbished model. The right side convenience key did not work at all. I called Overstock, they were very helpful and sent out a new one. This one had something wrong with the software, could not be updated, could not open attachments, could not use bluetooth. i got fed up and ordered TWO more at the same time, thinking one would work; I was wrong. One of them had a defective trackball (could scroll but pushing it did nothing), the other one had a keypad where the ! and T/Y key would not always work; it also was missing a cover. So that means out of 4 phones, NONE WORKED PROPERLY. Great phone, but I guess there's a reason why these got refurbished. They just don't work, unfortunately.
From all the phones I've ever used and I use a lot of them (switch every 2-3 months) this is by far the best. It is jam packed with features..has a small body but big screen and big buttons..plays and stores music too..not much to say other than that Blackberry blew everyone out of the water on this one!
